Not a chain i visit often but whenever i do its a nice atmosphere and the coffee is tasty
There pastries arent bad either albeit tad pricey but it's similar for most chains, its fine for a one off, the chocolate profiterole cheesecake hit the spot

Stood for 10 minutes to get a coffee whilst one member of staff cleared tables .Only 6 to 8 tables occupied in this coffee shop near Music Hall Aberdeen.
So staff hardly run off their feet!
What a difference to the other Nero coffee shop at corner of Rose Street Aberdeen.The staff there are so polite efficient and fast

Went in today for two coffees and was like 2 cups of milk, horrible and the service was terrible. The person on the table had a face in an attitude that could kill.

Good coffee in a pleasant atmosphere. Shame the front door doesn't close properly, particularly on a cold, wet autumn day. It's been a problem on and off for years!
