It was in the early evening. There were only a few people in the restaurant. The toilets in the ground floor were already closed, there was only the one toilet in the basement for the disabled persons. It was not very clean, the restaurant itself either.

Fast efficient service and freshly prepared food
Kid-friendliness: No issues I had my 2 year old and 14 year old and I found the place and the staff very helpful

Poor staff over worked and understaffed on a Saturday night. One member visibly upset on the phone . Burger King management need to help out. Either making sure their staff (who were lovely and polite) the support they need. They can't operate online orders with limited numbers. Not a fan of the cheeseburger melt.

The night manager, I didn't catch his name- ginger, with a beard and tattoos on his arms, is an amazing person. Last night 27 July, I experienced a medical emergency and passed out in the lobby. The night manager was attentive, patient and helped until paramedics showed up. A very kind man, I just wish I had gotten his name to thank him personally.
