First of all the receptionists were so nice and the things they had to deal with and hard patients is really good, got my first exam two weeks ago , dentist was 25+ minutes late no apology or a knowledgement from his side , not a good impression at all , I do get dentists running late but that was beyond a joke. basic checkup completed , as someone who registered as nhs patient and being 22 receiving free dental treatment I thought it would be comfortable for me and options are obvious , to be then told by the dentist nhs treatment isn?t good and that it doesn?t work well and private works better and being basically pushed into getting private treatment made me extremely uncomfortable and didn?t know what to say, after reading the reviews I?m glad it isn?t just me and it?s an ongoing issue , sadly won?t be returning

Excellent from start to finish.....my dentist was very professional keeping me informed how my treatment was progressing.I felt really comfortable and well looked after.( I have a fear of visiting a dentist!)....Touch wood my treatment will work out positively.

My dentist was very kind with me. He gently wriggled out my wriggly tooth that has been hurting for 3 weeks. I love him ( written the way my daughter said it)

The service was great, as well as the dentists who ensured that i received the best treatment, diagnosis and helped me understand the issue i had with my teeth. They also provided me with various well informed alternatives for the treatment i needed to get and helped me select the option that i was comfortable and happy with.

I have a huge fear of the dentist and I cannot recommend Bridge Street enough, they are all so kind and friendly.I could not ask for a more kind and gentle dentist, Mr Kubba is extremely patient and explained everything to me ensuring I was okay the whole time, making it such an easy experience even though I was terrified!I cannot thank him enough for making my fear that little bit easier to handle.Thank you!
