I?ve gone to this petrol station for quite a few years. The staff are normally friendly but this morning at 6 a.m. the young guy was a bit rude and treated me ( the customer) as an inconvenience. I know he was busy trying to pack shelves but there is no need to speak to the customer like that. Overall this is normally my go to petrol station, with car wash and chargers. Shop is well stocked.

The EV charger does not seem to notice my card and the air pump doesn't accept cards in the first place. So I shuffle inside in search of coins and assistance (I'm disabled - getting this stuff done is not quick). I receive neither. The suggestion that I try the air pump on the other side is no use when there's somebody parking there charging already. Not so much as a suggestion for the charger when I don't have my phone with me to do the app. I leave, having accomplished absolutely nothing except my own embarrassment and inconvenience.

This is an excellent EV charging station, and the best which I am aware of. The best part is that you can pay with a normal credit card. None of this proprietary app or smart card business. :-)The station has several 150 kW chargers and one 300 kW and is open until very late. This station should serve as an example to all the other providers for how charging should be done.Well done!

Vaccum should have not working sign on it!! I didn't notice the hose was taped up until after I had put my money in. It doesn't work, no suction and little stones were actually coming back out. No refund on cash already put it.

Please can you place a out of service board, Which is not working in station. Almost i wasted 30min for going In & out at night time, after using air machine with card the guy is saying its not working & no cash back along with this no refund very bad experience ever happened?!

No contactless payment at pump. Had to pay in store. No enforcement of masks. Many people entering without. No Mask No Service should apply
