Worst pharmacy I have ever visited. Regular prescription but they never have items in stock. Some nice staff but most extremely rude. I moved to the local independent pharmacy. Like chalk and cheese.

I was in the Garthdee store last week and there was no heating . Today I was in the Union Square store and still no heating in that store. I was served by a member of staff with blue hands . Obviously Boots are on there way out or they would be able to afford to heat there stores. I think this is shocking as I asked and was told it was broken down in Garthdee store but what a coincidence that both stores are the same. The staff have the right to walk out

Nice store, it will have most of all your medical needs. They also have a lot of different products as well.They also have a pharmacy at the back, so you will get your repeats prescription there too.

My 2yo daughter was declined a help from a pharmacist this afternoon, even though I got an emergency prescription for the same condition last year. He was unpleasant and unhelpful. I will be raising a complain to Boots.

Don't trust, being going here over 3 years and not 1 problem at all until a new indian pharmacist started he calls people liars and claims they are on wrong medication making you question your own doc.he hands out the wrong doses for prescriptions when you go back he calls you a liar(I'm the most brutally honest person you will meet facts have no feelings) and a theif, then gets the ladies to do his dirty work cause he barely speaks English also has this controlling demeanor over the ladies. But 1 of the ladies called Mary Anne (apparently) who finds it acceptable to phone your surgery and tell a random reception staff all your private information about medication etc(it was good job I knew the girl at docs who told me, said she was shocked) .like I say 3 years not 1 problem, but 2 weeks of this guy twice medication was less than what should be. I honestly believe this man has a huge chip on his shoulder (maybe failed to be doctor) and Is a real danger to those receiving his care.seriously just be on guard if you see him working partly bald at top middle aged indian man. Scary week I tell you I'm a 34 year old man and I had my 1st 3 panic attacks in my life because of this.

Staff are absolutely horrible. I called the day of picking up my prescription, got told that it would be ready for 4pm only to show up at 5pm and them have a go at me because it wasn?t ready! and that I should be giving them at least 4 days to prepare prescriptions. Also heard them having a go at an elderly man over same thing. Awful!!!!!!!!!
