Absolutely shocking service. Ordered my repeat prescription over a week and a half ago. Now down to one tablet left. Have spent 2 days trying to phone but no-one answers. I just FINALLY got through only to be told to call back Monday. Explained I need prescription NOW so she put me on hold again for 10 minutes then call got hung up. Giving up phoning as I'm losing the plot!! Will be phoning my GP on Monday to ask if my prescriptions can be sent to a different chemist ???

Absolutely shocking service.
The pharmacists do not know what they are talking about. You are asking for a prescription arrival , they say yea is here , you get there is not. If they don't understand something they just nod at you instead of asking for clarification.
Shocking , if you can , stay away and get your medicine somewhere else, dreadfull.
Would've give 0 stars if could .

feels like staff don't really want to help and will tell u NO without going checking or asking the Pharmacist ,Dickies Pharmacy at Moir Green is a much much better chemist and will go out of their way to help u

No matter what time you go and whether there are many or few people, there is always a wait. And even though they warn you that it will be 10 minutes... it ends up being at least 1 hour. More than once I asked them to assure me if my order was there or if it would be possible to complete the medical order even if I waited, they confirmed that I did wait...and then apologized for not having everything.There really is a lot to improve. The attention is not the best, it shows that the employees are under pressure and stressed.Communication is not the best, and prescriptions are not always on time.

The staff are very rude! Went in today to pick up my prescription and the lady with blue hair turn her back and laugh!Go to a different pharmacy if you can!

If you can use any other pharmacy, DO IT! They loosing track of repetitive prescriptions, they say they called practice when they did not (well it's either them lying or practice). Long wait, and disorganisation.
