Visited today with my daughter to purchase some makeup.
I use the same things every time but got chatting to Richard. What an absolute credit he is to your shop, infact I?d go as far to say he made my day.
He spent a lot of time going through different things and explaining lots of products to my daughter.
He is fantastic! Thank you Richard!

Telling a local pantomime cast not to take photos OUTSIDE the building?! They were doing no harm what so ever. Bunch on complete wet wipes!

I had a very disappointing experience with Boots in Union Square. I was asked to perform an hour of unpaid work for No7, which I found both unfair and unprofessional. This practice not only undervalues employees' time and effort but also goes against basic labor principles. I expected a more ethical approach from a reputable establishment like Boots. I hope management reviews their policies to ensure fair treatment of all employees in the future. They're lucky I dont take further action.

We wanted to pick up a product quickly and when we entered the store there were 2 lady staff members standing at the entrance, receiving complementary doughnuts from a lady. As we entered the store, one of them in an extremely rude fashion snapped at us that, ?the store will be closed in 2 minutes exact?. We still walked in knowing it would take us a minute to make our purchase, which we did and left before the store closed. At the time of our exit that same rude lady looked and commented on us.
Is that how Boots? staff supposed to behave with its ?loyalty program? customers/any of its customers ? I have been shopping at Boots globally for the last 17-18 years, rather last few years, I haven?t been a regular but my son has carried forward the trend and is a ?Boots? Pharmacy fan?..in fact it was on his reco that we decided to drop by.
It was unfortunately a bad experience rather our one and only bad customer experience, ever.
Highly disappointed!! Hope Boots? will look into this with all seriousness.

Went in today to buy moisturiser from Clinique, mentioned I was considering buying a perfume and the shop assistant couldn?t be more helpful. I described what I was looking for and they managed to give me samples and knowledge of all the perfumes that fitted the bill. Ended up buying a Marc Jacobs. They were very knowledgeable with the products, the best service I have had in a long time (tall, dark curly hair). The first assistant I had seemed disinterested and not well knowledged, hence why I moved to buy moisturiser instead as she wasn?t very helpful. After speaking to this guy I ended up buying moisturiser, 2 mascara and a perfume. Great sales person, born to sell. Well done .

Initially we spoke with a really helpful chap, and although the Estée Lauder product I wanted wasn?t available he directed me to alternatives and left us to browse. I chose some products and joined a queue at the perfume counter, staffed by a lady with box dyed hair. I thought she was a tad brisk with the elderly customer in front, but when it was my turn she ?shooed? me away, like an annoying bluebottle, saying her perfume customers at the next till had priority. I smiled engagingly and stood my ground. She snatched up my products and scanned them in the manner of an Aldi checkout, rolled her eyes as I scanned my loyalty card, and actually slapped the receipt down. Perhaps she might benefit from a customer service course (and a visit to a decent hair stylist). Humbug to you, Boots Union Square, Aberdeen!
