Today I was served twice by one of the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly assistant that I can honestly say I have ever experienced. Observing I was incorrectly choosing the right foundation and powder, then after paying having forgot to buy eyeshadow then supporting me to choose eyeshadows even giving me a free eye brush. He was genuinely happy to help. Wish I knew his name!

Helpful at the pharmacy but having trouble getting one of my epilepsy meds but that seems to be a supply problem and not a Boots problem. Whenever I've used them they have been helpful

Sales assistants looking right through you as they scan the store, standing there doing nothing. Boss is just like the employees, I guess.

worst experience i have ever had at a pharmacy. took forever to get to me, extremely rude and unhelpful, refused straight up to give me an emergency inhaler even though it is the protocol to. they have a duty of care and they can?t follow through. honestly the most useless and clueless staff i have ever seen at a pharmacy. need to have their staff trained to deal with this. if i could post 0 stars i would. do better.

Opening and closing hours are completely different than on the Internet, maybe someone should make a little effort and update the website to save customers from wasting time and standing in front of a closed store, especially when someone is in a hurry or is in severe pain and could get help elsewhere if they the store's website provided up-to-date information. Right now it's Monday, 8:54 a.m. and the store is still closed, but the website says the opening time is 8:30 a.m.!!! Let's respect each other and our time.

Uneducated staff who just try to sell you anything. Went in trying to buy some Hermés perfume and it was obvious that the shop assistant had no idea what I was talking about. She didn't even ask which specific perfume I was after. Despite that she then proceeded to try and sell me some other perfumes which were completely different to what I wanted. Not a great experience.

Made an hour round trip to buy Emla to numb my skin for a tattoo tomorrow morning (Sunday) only to be told by a blonde haired girl that it wasn?t licensed to be used as a numbing agent for tattoo?s and refused to sell me it! I told her I?d always bought it at boots, at least ten times and never had a problem but she was adamant that it wasn?t licensed and I couldn?t have it.On my way home I looked on Boots and Emla?s website and both listed it as a suitable numbing cream for tattoos! So either it is licensed or both are breaking the law. I phoned the shop and got the same girl who refused to believe my information and grudgingly put me onto the pharmacist who looked up the information and apologised to me.For a pharmacy to have such poor knowledge of their products and having someone so completely incompetent and undertrained serving is dangerous to the public. I thought that the whole point of things being in the pharmacy section was that someone who knows what they?re talking about makes sure you use a product correctly!Now I have no chance to get any Emla from another retailer before my tattoo tomorrow.Awful.

Always very helpful especially at the pharmacy, unfortunately no one has bothered to update their closing times since they were changed to 18.30 closing, months ago.
