Felt horrible due to self checkout this afternoon. I started the whole scan with a bag only to be accused of trying to steal it due the barcode not scanning properly. It was hot inside the store and didn't help that I was having a hot flash at the time, but I wasn't trying to steal a 12p bag to put the items that I was buying in. Not only was I watched like a hawk while scanning items I was followed until I left the store. It would maybe help if the staff actually manned the bloody tills.

I was in store on Saturday 14th June and Amber helped me choose make up. What a lovely, helpful and friendly girl who made me feel at ease with what I was intending to purchase. Amber is an asset to the store and deserves special recognition and is well worthy of an imminent promotion! Keep up the fantastic work Amber! ?

I today tried to buy an item which I did not realise could only be bought online. The assistant, Dale, I believe her name was, tried her very best to help me get the item. Unfortunately I did not get the item. I would just like to thank her for being so helpful in her effort and her politeness, a credit to the company. Thank you Dale.

The pharmacy team are helpful when you finally are served. But can stand in the queueing place for over 5 mins & no one takes any notice especially if there?s only you in the queue! When I try to call Boots & select pharmacy the phone just continually rings usually no answer so try umpteen times still the same:(

Me and my friend went to boots to purchase some food and a make remover. I had to find some cash in my bag and I was doing it right infront of a worker. The worker proceeds to think that we?re stealing because I?m searching my bag for cash. And when I was scanning my items, the worker proceeds to come closer to me to see if I?m scanning Everything that I had got. I?ve been to this shop for years and I just think this is messed up.

Popped in the other day to refresh my make up and get some advice. Spoke to a staff member called Louise who was such a good help. Friendly and informative and nothing was too much trouble. A great shopping experience.

I was in Bon Accord and decided to pop into boots to try and uplift myself after months of being ill. I was greeted by a lovely lady Amber. Who was very welcoming listened to all my concerns. Amber was very professional and knowledgeable I felt so good after my make over and bought all recommend products. Very greatful to this lovely lady.

Yesterday Amber at Boots Bon Accord Centre was incredibly kind and helpful during my foundation shade match. Her gentle guidance led me to purchase the recommended concealer online, and I?m planning to return in-store for the foundation. Kudos to Amber for her exceptional service!

Received fantastic customer service from Eliza at the Lancôme counter yesterday! I went in for a foundation match and I came away with exactly what I was looking for and more! She was super kind and helpful, made sure I understood how to use the products - really went out of her way and it was definitely appreciated!

Very very very bad customer service I got from the manager or whatever she called herself. Cause I don't why it 5 minutes to shop close the manager or supervisor has to sack everyone that I bought the wrong item

Had a fantastic experience at the No7 beauty counter in the boots, Bon Accord Centre, Aberdeen today. I went in to get a skin consultation. Ruta gave me some fantastic advice, helped me select the best colour match foundations and concealer. She also tried showed me some other products that she thought would work fantastic for my skin, although i did say i was using up the products i had, she was not pushy, she gave me samples and advised me to try them, I will one hundred percent return to the beauty counter for advice and even just to top up when i am in the area.
