We bought a full new bathroom (units, bath, shower and mirror) off NYC. The team there are really helpful and certainly not pushy. Quality of products is excellent. You can spend an awful lot more elsewhere, but why. We had the door nobs lost somewhere. Scott at NYC was responsive, no mucking about or trying to find excuses and ordered the missing items which were with us a few days later. Its the quality of fixing a problem that I really value and NYC were excellent.

We cracked our previous sink, it ended up being as cost effective and efficient replacing the entire unit. NYC made the job easy, came up, looked it over, listened to what we wanted. They came back with suggestions and options. We decided based on their advice, they ordered up on our behalf, took delivery, checked it over and brought it out to us. They also provided us with the details for one of their recommended plumbers. They discussed with the plumber a plan, the plumber sighted the job and all went well. New unit is in with no drama and is looking fantastic. Thanks to Scott at NYC and John the Plumber, it was all very much appreciated.

I visited The Bathstore Aberdeen last week enquiring about a shower glass retention bar. I could not have received better service from the girl and then later one of the guys. A small and inexpensive part was received today with a friendly and efficient service, I could have quite easily been politely told to go elsewhere due to the cost but NO I can only compliment Bathstore Aberdeen for their help and friendliness.
