I had a horrible experience earlier today .
I was waiting with my son in the upstairs area to take money out . There was an old man in front of me clearly having difficulty using the cash machine. A horrible woman an employee of the bank with an Eastern European accent started telling me off and the other two customers waiting that we apparently are blocking the area. Also she never helped the poor man struggling to take money out of the machine.
She had the most stinking attitude towards us .
She clearly doesn?t realise that because of us customers she has a job . Also absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Very, very bad. Employees are uncooperative and don't treat everyone the same way. We've been here for over two hours for account opening, and nobody cares about us. I'm bored and regretted coming to this branch.

Been here numerous times. The reception has always been good. They have dedicated staff who attend your queries. Of course, the bank gets crowded easily and can take a while before one?s turn arrives. Busy days could also mean less efficient service - true with any bank. Spoken to different staff here and all of them have been helpful. Will highly recommend this branch. Smooth banking process. Account opening and operations were done quickly. 5 out of 5 for me.

I've been this one to open my account?most of the staffs are really nice but there is Chinese women working there is so rude to the customer ?when i walked in she act so arrogant and impatient to speak to you then she made me don't want to carry out anything anymore there?so i left?but i asked my friends a lot of my friends had same experience with me ?just don't understand why bank of Scotland would still use such disgusting and repellent staff that impact and stained banks reputation

This has become the one and only city centre branch as a result it can be very busy.The door welcome staff do welcome you after entering the branch to find out if they can assist you with something account relatedor are you just their for teller services
