Omg. The staffs are very helpful.
Heartful thanks to Janice for helping us with the most minor things which we weren't aware of the tools. She took around 10 to 15 mins to explain it and around the end of the shift. I am sure it was a long day. Many thanks Janice. It wasn't just Janice - the other staffs at this store were quite helpful. Good luck to all at the store. Kind regards.

Ordered our bathroom with Lauren. She was fantastic. She was super helpful throughout the process.
There were a few issues with deliveries and products being wrong but the bathroom team were very helpful. Everything was sorted very quickly and professionally.
Will use them again when time to do our kitchen.

I'm a regular at B&Q, but I was shocked by the rudeness and unprofessionalism of one of your staff members over a simple request for six screws. Despite my polite explanation that I only needed four screws and was willing to pay for them, the checkout attendant, named Di, accused me of theft( Do you have any other ? ). I simply wanted to clarify the price before purchasing for six little screws. After a manager intervened and approved my request, I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and customer service. This experience tarnished what was otherwise a good day.

Just moved house, so I needed a couple of extra long RF cables. There was none on the shelf, but the staff member went and got a box of exactly what I needed, very polite and pleasant person.

Staff always super helpful and has a good variety of products. My only issue is that some of the pricing is a little higher than competitors for nails and screws alike.

The b q is quite nice huge selection the coolest part is very affordable they have huge selections I have been shopped some stuff to take back home I got it nice tap and good secured locks I was expecting one thing is less staff if they increase more staff they can guide customers as much as they can

Really good staff every time I visit, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful, at the tills asked for help to load 6 bags of bark into my car. By the time I had paid, Richard appeared and got the bags loaded for me. Always have good experiences whenever and wherever we shop at B&Q.Thanks again for excellent service, keep it up.

Managed to find everything required & got a great tip for mounting our Door bell on a PVC Door using Velcro from a member of Staff.It works a treat. Thanks for the tip !
