Angry rude man cutting wood yesterday, he was really unhappy with the fact I had to make 2 journeys with the wood to my car because the wood could not fit on 1 trolley after being cut. I told him I?ll come back to collect it and he was just lippy and rude.
Then he kept telling me I need to pay for all of it ?? Aye mate I?m an adult I?ve been to the shops before, I know I am to pay for all my items.
Staff also placed damaged wood to the top of the pile after I highlighted it was damaged, waiting for some mug to buy it without noticing it?s completely ruined. The same member of staff nearly had a breakdown when I told him I set it aside because it was top of the pile and damaged. Obviously it needs set aside for me to get non-damaged items below it. I?m not going to put it back on the top of the pile when it?s clearly damaged for some mug to accidentally buy.

You can find tools and material all kind, really organised and clean, helpful staff, recommend for home renovations and DIY projects or for any work related things. The best thing is that's open on the weekends too.

I bought a Keter Darwin shed £410 from B&Q. When I built the shed I noticed the door was damaged. I went back to B&Q however they were dismissive and not supportive at all telling me this was an issue for Keter UK. I contacted Keter UK via email and spoke to Michael Malisov Keter customer services UK. Michael informed me that they could supply a new door albeit have no idea when if at all. He suggested I go back to B&Q for a refund. All very well but I would have to dismantle the shed and to make matters worse it will not fit in my car to return it. I spoke to B@Q again. Still not interested and customer service was shocking. Back to Keter UK. Still no further forward. Could I recommend the company's Keter or B&Q. Based on my experience I could not. I initially chose these company's and brand as I thought they where reputable however when I needed help I was left high and dry with no support

I bought a board and had them cut it to size at the timber saw. Unfortunately I only realised it was cut the wrong size than what I had asked for when I got home. The next day I went in to explain that the board had been cut to the wrong size and expected them to say I must?ve said the number wrong (I didn?t) and that I was at fault. They didn?t accuse me of this at all and cut my new board for me no problem. The staff were all really helpful and wanted to make things right. Mistakes happen and although it was cut the wrong size in the first place it doesn?t matter as they made it right. I am very pleased it was fixed with no issues at all.

We recently went to your Bridge of Dee store in Aberdeen where Natasha helped with my query. She was excellent as was her product knowledge. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ross H. in the timber cutting section at my local B&Q store, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every time I go to B&Q for something I end up looking for half of the item on Amazon because they don?t have it.
It is a pity. I am always giving priority to local shops.
