His name was Stuart.Wednesday i collected the first bike, arrived at time for booking scheduled he said it will be 1hr wait (didnt even check the system) I had a email to say it was built. Finds the bike and takes the bike home. 20mins later the brakes stick and back wheel won't work. Goes back to the shop. He (Stuart) then proceeds to tell me it would be fine in a couple of days it will wear itself down (the bike / wheel doesn't move so how can (child) wait a few days)Dennis fixed it for us on Wednesday night.Friday i collected another bike and Alister checked over the bike before leaving and checked over my concerns I had from Wednesday. He was so helpful and friendly.Small hole on the seat of the bike I collected today. Not good. Noticed this when I was on my way home. They assessed the car within 48 hours and provided various photographic assessment to begin the repair process.Progress updatesThe car was away for about 6 weeks in total, and I had really good updates both online and from the team on the phone or via email. The system they use is simple and secure.
