Visited this Asda store this afternoon with my partner and grandson
Walking up the chilled meat aisle I asked a lady where i could find the sparetibs I got very little response but a vacant look she slowly walked away to whisper to another lady if she knew again vacant look and she said they cannot be any so i walked in the next aisle a d there They were lots of them I then walked to the yoghurt chill and found the yogurt where all out of date by a day
I reported that to a member of staff and she said she would get it sorted and walked away
I then went to another chill to buy a cheesecake and again it was out of date
I also reported to different member of staff she did not look interested
Aftet going through the checkoutI went to customer serviceand said I would like to speak to the manager
Once he arrived I told him about his staffing problems ie no intrested in customer service
The isdues woth the out of date products in the chilled
He tried to say it done on a automatic system which found very strange of food of any kind could sit thete a day out of date without staff members picking it up
Talking rubbish I think
Very very disappointed in this Asda store the all round issue ie poor staff on the shop floor cant deal with customers problems plus out of date products which should have been picked up
The manager who was on dyrt did not impress me ie his dress code for a manager very poor ie roundneck T shirt not very clean just didn't look the part
There were 6 members of staff around the customer service desk his first job should have been to get a couple of them to clear the old items instead he just walked away

After they have changed everything around you can't find anything. Shelves are nearly always empty. Pet food are in 1 place but fish and bird food are in a completely different place. Even mayonnaise and ketchup are in different places. Get a real management in place as all other Asda are normal apart from this one in Dyce

My 12 year old son was in there today to get his food for play piece and the security guard crisi said he was going to break my kid legs have been trying to get some one on the phone for over an hour now with out any joy if he can't cope in this job with kids then may be he need a office job as this is not the 1st time iv heard this and him following kids about

This is a great store.It?s my number one supermarket to shop it has everything we need for a weekly shop never let me down yet.Self checkouts are so easy and quick. You also have a scanner shop option too.The one thing that does annoy me is that if you have forgot a bag, you have to ask for one, and then they come and scan it, as if you cannot be trusted to scan it yourself

Visited Sunday early afternoon, very poor selection of fruit and veg. Empty trays and banana boxes despite stock underneath some items. What has happened to the petrol station? Regularly pumps closed, not just today. Find I am better off taking a longer route to and from work and visiting Tesco for fuel.
