Just had the rudest delivery driver at my door after turning up an hour late for my allocated slot.
I opened the door all cheery and said hello, he looked shocked and said in a questionable tone ?Asda delivery?
I then said you are late can you not even say sorry your order was late? He says ?you must have had a message?
The problem wasn?t the fact the order was late it was his stinky behaviour and demeanour. Retrain your drivers as this will be the second rude driver I?ve had from Middleton park. I?ll be using another supermarket.

ASDA Bridge of Don Challenge: Go to the pizza counter and ask the corpulent 30 something guy who still wears a covid mask any question about the pizzas he makes you as nicely as you can and listen to him convey loathing and contempt at you in formally polite language.

Tried to get a prescription filled on a Saturday night at 7.45pm after being discharged from Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. ARI told me to meds from Tesco. The pharmacy opening hours are till 8pm. I live in Peterhead with no pharmacy open on Sunday. The 2 staff members said they were closed and couldn't help.

Petrol station contactless part seems to be closed for some reason. So having to go elsewhere as can't fill up when the manned part is shut now. The prices are also not shown now on the main displays next to the main road

The attitude of the assistant on the cigarette counter at just after 6pm tonight was pretty disgraceful. She was unhelpful and couldn?t be bothered, with an air of arrogance. It's the same every time I go into the store and this individual is working at the counter so enough is enough.Tonight she told me they were out of stock of Heets which I knew wasn?t the case because the drawer was full 2 days ago. I politely asked her to check in the correct drawer and, hey presto, it was full of Heets. No apology was received for her mistake and I think she was annoyed that I?d caught her out!Individuals like this should not be working in a customer facing job, she?s doing Asda no favours!

Very lovely manger called Mr Grant, and also his team, even up to the security personnel.They are always happy to help, chat, with a smile.That is the best shop, I always love going for my family weekly grocery, and in-between pick up.It is a well deserved 5 star for them.

Went to the store today for a few necessities and the woman who served me made no attempt to speak to me even when I tried to speak to her she didn't seem pleased that I was using cash. I don't usually pay by cash but I had cash today. I have been shopping at this store for years and never encountered such rude staff.

If you see mum with a todler on a lap and glass cought bottle broken normally staff would give a hand to clean it up.I had to clean it while staff lady was passing me paper had to get a bin for her while she totally took her time gently tapping asking what's happened...never seen anything like this totally rude it's happened today this morning at the self counter ...hopefully she will be more polite and helpful next time and won't make customers to serve her and just jump arround her with todler on a lap covered with liquid. Disgrace.
