I fw the employee that served me at the checkout. He was well mint. Cheery chap had a great chinwag with him. 10/10 would make me buy from there again. Heavy from that employee. Carrying the company on his back. ?

All Asda stores have no knowledge or basic idea on customer service. Mostly nasty and disrespectful. I think with this mentality they going bankrupt.

I ordered a shopping delivery yesterday that was meant to arrive between a time slot that I paid for through their ASDA app like I usually do for my shopping as I am walking disabled & it never showed up. Was promised it would arrive that night after speaking to ASDA customer service (the lady I spoke to contacted them for an update). This is absolutely ridiculous & a complete joke! It was almost £50 worth of a food shopping, plus £3 for a delivery slot.

The staff here don't give a crap, the security are lazy and rude. Aldi is about 2 minutes from here save your patience and money by avoiding it.

I certainly do not appreciate being accused of theft.
Had the ?guard? concentrated on his job without ?gassing? to his colleague next him and thereby having done his job properly by observing me attentively, he would have witnessed my purchase/payment made at the checkout, without the need of of humiliating me at the exit in front of others.

Great selection of products and reasonable prices. Great to have the large car park alongside other outlets. Their serve yourself checkouts are easy to use and saves a lot of time.

Sort the automatic door out. Doesn't open half the time and you're left standing like an idiot waiting for someone leaving to activate the sensor. Your second door which used to be the exit is never open either. Broken? Fix it.

Went here for something to eat with the kids. Food was not great, kids pasta was burnt, staff were not friendly. Did not have a welcoming manner at all.
