Took my mum to get a new phone, i was envisioning several hours of hardship as she wanted the store personnel to do a data swap from her old phone to new phone.
Absolutely seamless 10/10 help, assistance and mentoring from start to finish. Staff were well presented, spoke calmly and clearly to my mum and answered all the questions she had. I was incredibly impressed at both the level of care and the speed at which they worked
Shout out to Megan and Thomas for being superstars. Would recommend anyone to go here for a new phone

Went up today to purchase a iPad wasn?t sure about model spoke to Dani he was super knowledgeable and after asking some lifestyle questions we worked out what model would be best for my needs. Not only that but what would give me longevity in the product & encourage me to get more out of the product. Which after using android tablets and a smaller iPhone I?ve been keen to explore. Dani also explained the shop has workshops that can help me get more out of the iPad Air that I?m welcome to attend. There was absolutely no up selling of other devices or products which was lovely. I had read about their i pencil so did purchase that along with iPad Air. The atmosphere was chilled and relaxed although I had gone quite early and when I passed later it was considerably more busy. Would absolutely recommend this store and Dani will be back for future tech.

I went for a scheduled appointment at Apple Genius Bar but had weird experience as my battery health on iPhone shows 90% and there is a message for replacement of battery as well. As per Apple, if battery heath is 80% & above, it?s performance is considered as good whereas I have been asked to replace the battery. Diagnostics of phone are normal, however, battery charging counts also don?t match with the battery health shown in the phone. My question is that how a battery with good performance can be considered degraded or weak at 90% battery health (screenshot shared). Above all they don?t entertain any complaint of costumers rather force you to accept whatever is told by staff. Is this the way to deal with old costumers. Totally disappointed!!

I went in to check for loan ability Dean came straight to me we had a very nice conversation helped with all the info knew everything about the product and helped me out very much I unfortunately couldn?t get it so came back to pay in full and another colleague of dean was super helpful and informative really nice experience helped me so much and very kind workers

I just bought a new Mac and was served by Samiha, who was an absolute ray of sunshine! She was so kind and knowledgable throughout our transaction and was very thorough when checking my preferences for device. I brought in an old device to trade in and, despite the fact I forgot to do a factory reset and charge it to a decent capacity, she was still very nice and patient with me throughout the process (including when I changed my mind multiple times on the colour of the new device!). She made my new Mac day even better with her amazing service and lovely attitude.

Just bought an Apple Watch. Dean was absolutely amazing, helped me through the whole process easily and had a great laugh together. Will definitely buy Apple products at the store in the future.

Today I had an appointment in Apple Union Square, Genius Bar. My appointment was for 10.45, but I came an hour earlier. consultants were so helpful and said that they can help me earlier than my appointment time (40 minutes earlier)
Moreover, my problem was liquid damage of mac, and they had a look at my laptop, and inside it for 10-15 minutes and suggested some options, how that can be improved.
I am really thankful for the service provided and excellent feedback
