2nd update; 8 months to get full set of doors and half of them were yellow out of the box. Weegie door manufacturers are imbeciles and affordable kitchens are unhelpfull clowns.Update; Affordable supplied new doors but quite a few size and quality problems but slowly but surely there!Original 1 star review ?White doors turned yellow after 6 years. Warranty is 5 years. Disgusted?

Had a lot of work done by this company and spent a lot of money. Had a few problems and kept phoning , still waiting 6 months later for phone call back. Quick enough to take the money, but after care appalling! Avoid

Still after 9+ years of having my flat upgraded still contually annoyed & shocked of the poor workmanship. The sink, washing machine & dishwasher pipe work under my sink is atrocious. Any Plumber I've had to come out to repair it have said they haven't seen anything like it. Also put the wrong type of flue in for my Boiler.Also asked them to rip down the old bathroom ceiling (lathe) & put a false ceiling in. They never ripped the old bathroom ceiling out, wanted them to do this so I could easily see where water was coming in from upstairs flat. Because they haven't done this still a chore to find.Didn't know they were like this until a few Month's down the line & recommended them to my next door neighbour who had the same issues.Avoid, Avoid, avoid.

Wanted to get some extra units and showed the woman, Lorraine, a photo of the current kitchen. Made an appointment for her to come to the house and get some ideas. She never turned up so I called her. Was then told we only do full kitchens and bathrooms? Considering I showed her the current kitchen at the time of booking the appointment and made it clear I wasn't looking for a complete change. Was told she tried to call me. I had no missed call and no message so clearly lying.I have made a formal complaint and currently waiting to hear from the owners.It would appear in not the only unsatisfied person judging from their reviews.I would stay away from this company overall.

We are so glad we went with this company for our bathroom refurb. Sandy and Jimmy were the two gentlemen who installed the bathroom - they are a credit to the company. They worked hard, were thorough and pointed out small details on plans to make the bathroom better. For example we were originally having bath taps on the side, but we ended up getting them at the end of the bath which makes them easier to access should something go wrong. The end result was a really high quality bathroom. Thanks as well to Chris the electrician, and Liam who did a fab job of tiling around the bath, and Lorraine in the showroom who put our plans together.All in all, I strongly recommend the company if yoh have plans on refurbing. Their prices are excellent and the quality of work even more so.

Would not recommend - had a 30+ item "snag list" of things to be fixed or that I wasn't happy with1 year after supposedly finishing an extension and kitchen upgrade I still haven't got all the work completed & quality very poor in many areas. Kitchen units on plan were different to those ordered & kitchen measurements were incorrect, resulting in the kitchen layout having to be re-arranged to fit. Cupboard shelves don't line up with doors, practical use not considered, e.g. cupboard doors opening the "wrong" way. Internal door doesn't close, and it has never been fixed despite promises. Can't remove microwave as the plug/cable has been "built in" behind the unit. Extractor fan fitted incorrectly so doesn't work as it should. External door gap took 9 months+ to fix (and only fixed as they happened to be passing by after another job). Unhappy with electric connections placed under sink & already had an issue after leak caused electrics to trip because of this. Had to run extension cable behind appliances due to layout of electrics. Garden area was supposed to be scraped flat after building work, but this wasn't done, resulting in having to spend a further £5k+ fixing the mess. I've also now had to call out the emergency SGN gas engineer as the gas hob has had a leak on 2 separate occasions (granted, they did send someone out to fix those, but nothing else).Services: Tile work installation

In response to the review by DS below,I was within the store ordering my bathroom after i used them for my kitchen, I saw your review last night when my friend googled them during a chat about my bathroom, and I felt it needed addressing.when you arrived for a "quote" it was yourself who was astonishingly rude, arrogant and defensive, You literally walked in and demanded a price for a kitchen with no other info, when the staff started asking for details you became hostile, impatient and stormed out....As someone who has actually spent 10's of thousands of pounds with them and an actual customer I'd recommend them whole heartedly,They completed my kitchen 2 years ago and I am back for them to do my bathroom. And the kitchen was finished on time and to a fantastic standard, the staff were so helpful and friendly, in both instances.The guys who installed my kitchen were excellent and showed up every day on time and tidied up every night before they left.Like I said I'm back for my bathroom and the experience is honestly very friendly and again the staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable,Thanks again to everyone involved.Services: Install flooring

I had my kitchen upgraded during the summer. It took just over a week to install and everyone from the planning stage to the installation were amazing ? Any snags were dealt with immediately and we now have a fantastic kitchen that we all love. Thank you to all the team from beginning to end absolutely 5* service.

Excellent service from everyone at Affordable especially Charlotte-Anne and Stewart, tradesmen cleared up everything. Always quick to follow up to emails and the kitchen looks great. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends or use again for future projects.
