Extremely good value for the price.My room was clean & very good but needs a few minor things to upgrade it.Heating in the bathroom. Hanging for towels near the shower & mattress cover on the bed.Location brilliant.Staff efficient & friendly.I will definitely book again.

I stayed at Aberdeen House Hotel for one night, securing the booking through Agoda for the best deal. The experience was exceptional. Despite booking a single room, I was pleasantly surprised with a double bed and an ensuite toilet. The room was impeccably neat. The staff went above and beyond, facilitating an early check-in at 12 pm, well ahead of the standard 3 pm time. Additionally, they graciously stored my luggage without any extra charges. Special commendation is due for the exemplary service provided by staff members Anu, Raj, and another unnamed girl. The location of the hotel is ideal, situated just opposite the bus station and conveniently positioned at the heart of Aberdeen city, making every other place easily accessible. The room also featured complimentary tea and coffee, enhancing the overall positive experience.

Hotel room sizes are ridiculous, in a single room and there is no where even to place my luggage. Is there no regulations to a minimum size of a hotel room in the UK. I'm going to Aberdeen city health and safety. Room 208 absolute crazy. I've been put in a cupboard.

Amazing service, the receptionist was absolutely lovely and helped us out when we were in a pinch due to cancelled busses. Room was clean and cozy, only issue being that the bathroom door didn't lock properly. Great value for money, would definitely come again.

The hotel itself is in the good location that's probably the only good thing about it really.The room we got are for family of 4.the room was very cold and only have 1 heater on top of that the heater not even hot also it on the timer and gone off during the night and we're absolutely freezing cold.There is no heater in the bathroom room and it freezing cold in there with the temp -6 outside, also the windows are not double glazed!Worse hotel we ever stayed! NEVER AGAIN!!

The owners of this awful place, gives customers any room they feel like ( and it's not an upgrade).I booked an executive room, as past experiences, I've had with it's basic rooms are extremely negative.When I booked in, and giving my room key , I found out I was giving a basic room.I complained immediately, but I did not want to go overboard, incase I was asked to leave.I emailed them a couple of days later, and they denied it was the type of room I booked.As I stayed for 1 night only, I will make sure I don't give these liers a penny more ever, and if your considering staying there please don't.They are con artists, and I would strongly recommend you give your money to a reptible hotel / guest house.I have enclosed a photo of my room, which they claim is an executive room ( no windows, and very small )

I have made my reservation on a fast basis not knowing that it is none- refundable deal. 2 hours later, I called the property to waive the cancelation fees while thoroughly explaining my legitimate reasoning but they were not cooperative and not receptive at all. I have called them many times with no success to get the cancelation fees refunded back into my card. What an unpleasant and repulsive customer service!

All were aaabsolutely fine: room peerie but I didn't need anything big for 1 night, bathroom - I think it was just refurbrished: very spacious, new tiles, new shower... The only issue (from my point of view) was that shower has no option (or I couldn't find it) to adjust water temperature. Water temp is presettle and for me it was far too cold as for shower, but is me. However, it would be nice to have a choice. All other things: top spec as for that quality (***) and price.Safety: Very well secured hotel - u need a pass to get it and u hae two sets of doorWalkability: Almost at the UnionSquere... however, not easy to find - the entrace door is at the bus stop

We had lat minute plans in Aberdeen and needed a bed for the night. This hotel came up as an option, and the price and location were brilliant, and we read the reviews so knew it might not be brilliant but ticked what we needed and to say we were pleasantly surprised would be an understatement!! We were able to drop our case off early, the staff were so helpful and friendly, and our room was clean, with a nice ensuite with a great shower. There were tea and coffee facilities and a TV too. The room was absolutely perfect for what we needed with lovely views of the harbour. We'd definitely use again.

We visited for one night for a concert. The hotel was absolutely fantastic, could not fault it. Gentlemen on the reception was so kind and helpful, helped us to our room with our bags, could not have been more helpful. Spotless comfortable beds, best night's sleep we have had in ages. Right across the road from the bus station which made things so much easier aswell. We will 100% be returning.

We were slightly apprehensive to stay here after reading the reviews , but was pleasantly surprised nice clean room , helpful staff good location and definitely good value would use this hotel again if in Aberdeen
