Very disappointing it says the food bank on here is open till 5 well that's simply not the case the building is open but the food bank closes at 3 we were turned away because of bad information give here extremely disappointing you let us go hungry please people don't get caught out as we did.

This is an excellent charity run place, the staff are lovely and very helpful.They do good quality food parcels where you can pick what you want and they also have the ability to order certain clothing items too.A must visit for anyone who is struggling due to the cost of living crisis.

Fabulous place. Food parcels once a week. Help with issues. Some staff could be happier as there was a lady very grumpy at the door.

You just walk down the ramp to the door press the button and ask for a food parcel. The person will come out and ask what you would like then bring it to you free of charge, magic. :)

This is a great service for people who nedd help and support for various things benefits advice debts and creditors and helping to sort out any payment options, also if you are on benefits and struggling with food costs clothes etc they are always great help for people in a hard spot.

I think the place is a shambles no one knows what there job is or how to do it I have needed help with a few things and left worse off then when I went in if you cant do the job. let someone who can do it it can be worse. Can it?
