From the warm welcome at reception to Graham Bruce, who was my service advisor and an absolute gem, my experience was top-notch. Graham made me feel at ease and found me exactly what I wanted in terms of colour and spec. Despite the distance I had to make, the service I received was well worth it, and I'd happily do it all over again. Graham walked me through every step of the process, patiently answering my 101 questions. He even called to check that I made it home safely and followed up a week later to ensure everything was going smoothly with my new ride - which adds to the brilliant customer service. If I could, I'd give Graham 10 stars for his incredible service. Thank you, Graham, for making the whole experience enjoyable for me.

The worst 2nd hand car buying experience of my life.Terrible communication, lies and deception. Gave me the the total run around for 2 weeks then claimed my expectations were too high for a £20k 7 year old car.

Was going to book car in for service and over the phone was quoted £400! That?s double the price I was quoted in Milton Keynes when I was down there last month. Sadly they didn?t have a date available at the time but fair to say I won?t be using Audi Aberdeen.

I recently purchased an Audi Q7 from Aberdeen Audi. I am very pleased with the vehicle and its sophisticated features and performance. It is an excellent car for my purposes. I found Arnold in the Audi Approved sales area extremely helpful in finding the right car for me and guiding me through the complete sales process.

I recently bought an approved used car and dealt exclusively with Arnold. This was a remote purchase so I needed to depend on Arnold to supply videos and details of the car and assist me with the purchase. Everything went seamlessly and I am very pleased with both the car and with my experience dealing with Arnold. If I had to call out anything it would be that Arnold was occasionally busy with other customers and couldn't take my call, but ALWAYS called me back. It isn't right to be at all upset when someone is busy with their work!I would have no issues with dealing with Aberdeen Audi again and Arnold in particular, nor with recommending them both.

Agree with a recent post. Same has happened to me paid £99 deposit middle of December but circumstances changed so could make down to view vehicle. Constant contact with sales team saying deposit would be put back into my account still waiting after speaking to them last week.

my car buying fell through audi a3 .i was told by salesman at aberdeen audi alistair that he had told head office on 11 jan to refund me £99 on 16 jan message from manager cameron that refunds are due on wednesdays 17 jan and would be with me the same day .today 18 jan still no refund had a live chat online with rebecha what a total waste of time sent a further email to cameron on 17 jan no reply i am writing this review as this has happened to others they are great to you when buying a car but terrible if you pull out just beware that they are awfull trying to get refund back asked for the top bosses email but was refused i might find something later just beware

Amateur at best. My situation has been shared with the Financial Conduct Authority for their information. Worth taking a solicitor with you if you intend taking a car on PCP, especially used car sales??

Aberdeen Audi Service Department - when collecting car after a repair the initial invoice contained a charge of £600+ for an electrical control module that was never actually fitted! No apology or explanation offered by the Service Advisor. An absolutely shocking ?error?!The response below from the dealership is incorrect. This has been flagged to the poster, but has been ignored.

Purchased a used low mileage Audi S3.Day one gearbox issues so handed back to get checked. Told it was needing a new DSG gearbox.Then was offered a higher end Audi s3 to help out the situation, so I took the offer.Day of pick up, heading home noticed whine noise. So back to garage. Was told it was tyre road noise, I called out the bluff as it definitely wasn?t. 4-5 days later no response when the car was in, I emailed to get an update, turns out rear differential was gone, and they were waiting on parts. Bearing in mind the s3 only had 29k miles. So I returned the car and got my money back.In regards to sales team they were good but I don?t think cars are getting properly checked as two cars were both faulty.I definitely won?t be buying an Audi again, it?s a shame, especially all the ?apparent? checks are done for used and approved.Make sure you properly go over the car before you commit.

Don't honour the price promise as advertised on their website.Required a new battery for an A3. They would not match the Halfords price even though the battery had the same spec and warranty.Halfords did the job.Thanks for your reply.Never realised that audi make batteries for diesel cars.

Put car in for an MOT which it failed due to a bald tyre which was fine. But the price they were charging for a new tyre was quite simply astonishing. Nearly double the price I can get online, when I told him that he said he could get the price down by £25; so why didn?t he offer me that price in the first place? Scamming at its finest. Shame how many folk they will have done this to that will have just went ahead with the price they?ve told them as they think they could trust them. Won?t ever be going back for that reason. I would highly advise not putting your car here. Scumbags
