Been a member here now for a few years. Classes are good but can get samey. Enjoying the new classes of boot camp and boxercise. EspeciallyBoot camp, where Ffion brings new workouts every week and had adapted sessions for my bad back limitations. Class teachers are generally good and motivational. The gym is generally better after it's makeover but lacks barbells that are lighter like they used to have, very much geared towards males.We returned to the swimming school when we realised Derek and Juliana were teachers here as well as at Corby. They are both fantastic swimming teachers and both my kids love them. They both have high energy and positive encouragement.

This is a fantastic venue for a children?s birthday party, including soft play and a bouncy castle. Or if you really want something different, try an inflatable pool party. There are many different areas for private hire or private parties, call reception to find out more!!!

State of the art centre that includes everything: pool, tennis courts, squash courts, football and rugby pitches among them. I was mostly impressed with the gym that has all the latest exercising machines plus many brand new squat racks with weights and barbells.

Beyond impressed with the excellent coaching my children having received for swimming. Derek & Juliana are dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated coaches. In just a few days they have help my children who?ve become shy in water to have confidence and most importantly enjoy swimming! Can not thank you enough! Also reception staff have been very helpful and efficient in answering queries and booking courses etc. Highly recommend.
