Both my wife and I used the Oakham branch of Specsavers for new glasses 1 year ago, the arm of my new frame has already fallen off and after speaking to the member staff, I was informed that these frames are no longer stocked and I would need to purchase complete new glasses. Sadly at the time of my visit which was early morning there was no encouragement to arrange or offer a new appointment to resolve my issue, but the sooner I was out of the shop would allow them to return to there morning chat and catch up.

Fast and efficient service!Very professional opticianist, very through!Excellent team members! Very welcoming and friendly! I'd definitely just pop in again if I ever needed assistance or adjustments and I know I'd receive the same friendly welcome!Did not feel rushed or pushed into anything, everything was my decision.Go team oakham!

Big thanks to Oakham specsavers for replacing my broken glasses so quickly! Unfortunately my glasses were broken beyond repair. Specsavers were able to move the lens from the broken pair to the new frame they had in stock. This was done just before they were about to close and meant I wouldn?t have to wait weeks without my glasses. I really appreciated this quick thinking. Staff were so helpful and friendly too! ?

I moved to this specsavers from Kettering. I have had to have numerous appointment because of ill health & the service I have received is excellent. My requests, questions have been dealt with without hesitation

we both went into Specsavers for our tests today.We were welcomed by Gemma for the series of tests, she was very kind.We are then seen by Claire who offered to help if we needed assistance choosing glasses, she was absolutely lovely and so friendly.We had our out test carried out by J Lesiak who was a lovely patient lady and made us feel so comfortable.Niall sorted out our knee glasses orders and it was absolutely great speaking to him.These staff all make such a perfect team xThank you so so very very much. very Highly recommend x

I arrived just as the branch had opened on bank holiday Monday morning.I had two pairs of glasses which had lenses falling out.These were glasses purchased from another branch of specsavers.The assistant promptly repaired and adjusted then cleaned one pair.The frame of the second pair was damaged. So the assistant replaced the frame, with a new one, fitting my lenses into the frame.And all free of charge.Thankyou very much.

I had my eye test and Scan on Monday. The Optician was so lovely and very helpful. Explained everything, so professional. The team were brilliant as soon as I walked in with helping with choosing glasses. Absolutely brilliant opticians, thank you

What a beautiful branch to Visit, Always walk in and recieve a friendly welcoming, all the staff are fantastic and very helpful, Everyone is very Professional and chatty. Wondeful team. Always a pleasure when it's cold outside and you walk through the door and its lovley and toasty.
