I cannot recommend Sean, Johnny and his team enough at Smith Eliot Financial Management. I was recommended by my estate agent to speak to Sean after failing to secure a new mortgage for my next property.Very good support and advice, and clear communication.Sean has been amazing from the first day I was booked in until I received my offer from the lender this week.Sean skills are incredible and managed to secure me a new mortgage that I thought was going to be impossible and also arranged for my new life insurance policy to be arranged too.Sean and Johnny were always available if I had any questions and kept in touch with progress all the way.Smith Eliot Financial Management team definitely offer a personal touch and I would highly recommend them.They were amazing!

We worked with Sean Connolly on securing a mortgage for our new build property after a recommendation from my sister, and we cannot thank him and the team enough for their support from the start. We were first time buyers with a thousand and one questions (probably more than that!) and Sean has been fantastic the whole way through the process. Dealing with Sean's team has been easy and they have great communication. Both Sean and Natasha kept us up to date throughout and talking to them both was so easy. They are great at making you feel at ease when discussing all the serious stuff like debt, finances and life insurances and it is obvious that Sean and the team have your best interests at heart. We have now exchanged contracts for our house and look forward to moving day. I would recommend anyone in need of financial or mortgage advice to reach out to the Smith Eliot team.

Sean from Smith Eliot was extremely helpful throughout the process. He very patiently explained what was to follow throughout, always giving his time when asked questions. The whole team were superb from start to finish. I first had an appointment with Sean to find the best mortgage deal for me. Even with a bit of bad credit the team were able to secure me lending. Communication was second to none throughout the process. The entire team made you feel almost like family, valued and always happy to answer any queries. They helped find me conveyancing solicitors at a very competitive rate and also found me a brilliant deal for life and critical illness cover. To anyone who is thinking of using these guys.
