I purchase a Lambswool quarter zip pullover 6 months ago. It has pilled up so terribly that I can no longer wear it. Rubbish quality for a premium brand.

Ordered an item as a Christmas gift with 20 days to spare and a promised next day delivery.Scoffed failed to deliver and despite repeated contact with customer services, they failed in every way possible.I would never buy from this awful company again

The clothing is good if you can get it.!!! Rubbish service. Customer service puts you in the land of promises. I think that I shall have to speak with Michelle mc grath not happy.

I've worn clothes from this brand for many years now but unfortunately feel they've left me little choice but to post an honest review about their recent service.\\n\\nHaving bought various gilets, shirts, coats etc over the years I've recently had two newly purchased shirts shrink dramatically in the wash, despite taking great care (especially for the second shirt) to wash them as per the instructions on the labels provided.\\n\\nThe shirts were purchased through William Powell at the Game Fair and initially Schoffel customer service put me back in touch with them to seek a resolution, however they have been little help and refused to deal with the issue due to not having proof of purchase. At the Game Fair they were using a e-mail receipt system which never did come through, i'm unsure if the lady on the till misheard my e-mail or what the issue was but a copy of my bank statement with the transaction was offered as a replacement, however this was considered unsatisfactory as it didn't list the specific items.\\n\\nI then went back to Schoffel and was told \\\"It is company policy to make sure you have your proof of purchase to return any items back to retailers that stock our brand.\\\" so they're also unwilling to replace the items. The process took nearly 4 weeks in total and the \\\"computer says no\\\" answer provided could have been given long ago.\\n\\nSo for the privilege of spending £110 on the companies items I've been left with two shirts that could fit a child after one use.\\n\\nA great shame when you put your trust in a brand and continually make purchases, only to find out how they really operate when you have an issue.
