Sue and her team have saved us on more than one occasion - after some rather 'dodgy' work was carried out by another tradesman, Sue and her team put it right, made it safe and signed it off. Since then, they have kept our boiler serviced. A couple of weeks ago, my Mum had a leak that soaked the house. We called Sue to see what could be done and, again, she saved that day by sending one of her team out to Mum that day and getting the work completed by the next. Brilliant!

A family run business that I have been using for 47 years! All the team are efficient, courteous, professional and go out of their way fix any problem. My latest request, this week, to replace a room thermostat - I e-mailed after normal working hours (not urgent) and it was replaced by lunchtime the next day! I wouldn't use anyone else. Full marks all round.This is my second review. Yesterday, 19 Jan 2021, my central heating broke down in the evening. Phil from P J Plumbing ran through diagnostics on the phone and then within minutes brought round a replacement part and fitted it. Their efficiency and knowledge is excellent I wouldn't use anyone else. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing and heating problem.Service: Water heater repair
