My local store which have had no issues with until this day and I do not take such actions lightly due to being in customer service myself HOWEVER the treatment from the till lady today on 9th February 2024 around 5PM was appalling! If anyone I worked with looked and treated a customer as they did myself I would give a letter of improvement immediately! All that occurred was a wrong label on a product and I noted how the shelf was full, and such this should be changed in a busy store! Nothing harmful I would like to know myself especially when it?s a price higher rather than lower myself. (Or in matter of fact we always honoured the price on the label due to the stores mistake, make a negative to a positive, but beside the point) But the look and the comment afterwards ruined this store for me I?d rather go the extra time to the Co-Op where the staff are friendly and treat people how they wish to be treated themselves!Do better!!!

The fresh food shelves always seem to be low on stock.Some of the staff are fab but others can't even be asked to say hello upon attending the tills.

Staff always lovely and the selection of food is great. However I feel bad for the staff as it is so cold in the store, I don't think they have any heating?

Disappointed that a lady member of staff (7th July 7 pm) denied that there were any wooden cutlery for use with the wide range of picnic food being sold. Luckily asked again at checkout and the young man serving immediately went off and got serviettes and spoons. The lady now on another till stared at me but said nothing. Seemed to me that this surly woman was in the wrong job!

Extremely overpriced. Bought apples from here (almost £3 for a pack) and turned out they were mouldy!! Disgusting.

Good range of products in the shop and staff always helpful. Open 24 hours which is handy and facilities include petrol, car wash (manual), air, water, vacuum, WC and ATM. Plenty of parking including disabled bays & fully accessible.

Extremely overpriced food / drink and usually understaffed when busy. Purchased a small tub of fruit which tasted like cardboard but cost £3! Sorry, although convenient, won't be buying from here again.
