The best sandwich shop in the Midlands, staff are brilliant, amazing choices, quality through and through. Chicken and mango salsa is worth travelling for. Added bonus, right next-door is Lesson's Butchers purveyors of the world's greatest pork pie. Highest recommendation.

Great selection, I've been slowly working through all of their fillings and not had a bad baguette yet! The toasted sandwiches are also good.
Staff are all very friendly even when they're very busy.

Great sandwich shop, but with grumpy staff.
I've been eating here for years and the food is great, they will make just about any Baguette, Sandwich or Jacket Potato you want. Customer Service/Friendliness needs work.

I liked this place but the handling of food with the mixing of note/coin change isn?t good. They used to give me a lot more filling in my rolls.
The staff are friendly but I feel like they should give more portions out.

Rude staff, soggy baguettes. Even when you are super polite to them, they don't do basic customer service. Tried quite a few times but really don't want to give my money to these people anymore. Avoid.

Food generally isn't bad. Sandwiches are OK. Soggy breakfast baguettes are a failure tho. But, the real issue is the service. I even tested it out by tipping. You only get friendly service at the end once they got a tip (Apart from a black woman, she was very sweet throughout service a few times) Honestly...I find this place overrated and unfortunately disheartening, I have really tried, but...U are all rude. If you don't want to work there then leave.

Miserable staff and they handle money and card machines with no washing of hands between making sandwiches. Quite disgusting.
