After our first UK based holiday 3yrs ago in a place that had a wood-burner, we knew then we had to have one!3yrs on and finally making the leap, Installation Day arrived! ?With a bespoke Log Store made and a Kiln-Dried log supplier also sourced (both, i might add, were also suggested by AP)...we were finally ready to 'fire up'!! ?This Installation is an absolute game-changer for many reasons, not least for the reason of saving money on energy expenditure (and quite apart from the fact its a beautiful, contemporary feature)...the impact of this burner can be seen (smart meter) and felt throughout the house immediately!!!??Did a lot of research on modern wood burners (not to be confused with multi-fuel stoves) and their efficiency and features...on the right type of wood to burn and, most importantly, on sourcing the right team to install!Alfred Poppins Stoves, Wood-burners & Installations was an absolute right choice...they came recommended, brilliant advice and support (no hard sell) from first contact through to Installation, excellent pricing given the quality of the hardware and finally...the team installing today...very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and simply put, very good at what they do....utterly recommend Alfred Poppins ourselves now...Love this ?

Massive thanks to Wayne and the team for installing my new multi burner stove. It has been 5 star service from site visit to completion. Wayne suggested the perfect stove and after a trip to the new showroom , I had no hesitation in ordering the stove and, thanks to a cancellation, it was fitted in just over a week. Despite it being one of the hottest days of the year, the team worked efficiently and overcame problems (aren't there always problems?!) and left the front room cleaner than when they arrived! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional - I highly recommend Alfred Poppins.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Stove arrived earlier than expected. Wayne was able to accommodate a very last minute change of plan in terms of whereabouts in the house the log burner was to be installed. The team on the day were efficient, tidy & incredibly friendly. Will be using Alfred Poppins chimney sweeping service too. Top service - huge thanks to Wayne, Alfie, Jamie and the team.

Alfred Poppins recently installed a multi fuel burner. The team were very efficient and helpful. They overcame an issue with the complex chimney on the installation and sorted out a problem with the hearth promptly. Would highly recommend.

I can?t recommend Wayne and his team highly enough. A simply install quickly turned out to need more works done, including knocking out the fireplace. Wayne organised a builder, who was also superb, to come within a couple of days. Wayne then came back the following week to install the stove. Everything about the experience - product, service, price - was fantastic. Thank you.
