We stopped in Woodstock for breakfast before heading into Blenheim. We stumbled by this place and decided to ask if they were still serving breakfast as it was close to 11am.
From the onset we were made to feel very welcome and showed to a quiet courtyard.
The breakfast and coffee was great quality, serve promptly with very attentive staff.
We will be back again, thanks to all involved

We had a wonderful stay here, the room we stayed in was beautiful - so clean and fresh and comfortable. The bed was lovely and big and we loved how there was a tv and couch! We had such a nice meal here too, the food was amazing and great service. Steve tended to us during our stay and he really made it special. He even arranged breakfast a bit earlier for us on the day we were leaving as we needed to be out earlier. We highly recommend and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Terrific place to stay in Woodstock. Close the Blenheim and a nice town with lots of hospitality options.
Rooms are nicely done with excellent facilities. Breakfast is excellent too.
Parking is possible if you don?t mind a short walk after dropping your gear off at the Crown.

Lovely pub, staff are super friendly + welcoming and it looks great.
However the food is just no where near good enough for the price. £20 for a BURGER and it comes out basically cold with room temperature chips. Not impressed at all.
I won't even drop any points for the burger secretly costing £24 (£20 on the menu I was given) which I didn't realise until after I paid, this review is just for the food.
Also a bit of advice, if you're charging £20+ for a burger and chips, maybe include more than 10 chips?

Nice place and the food was ok. I had a Caesar salad and asked for salmon instead of chicken. The chef said no, despite salmon being available. Then he relented and said yes, but for £10 extra, making a Caesar salad a whopping £24! I declined. No anchovies in my salad either (advertised on the menu) and when I asked, apparently these are 'crushed up in the sauce' -which tasted suspiciously just like ordinary mayo. They did give me a few whole anchovies to mix in though. Waiters were lovely but not sure I'd rush back

Came in after Blenheim palace triathlon for a meal, the food and service was fabulous. We were served by Kian who was delightful, made sure we were all okay for the whole meal and kept us laughing.

The Crown Inn is perfectly located so close to Blenheim Palace. The hotel and restaurant is full of character and well managed and maintained. We had a lovely 1 night stay. The bed is comfy for a good night sleep, fancy bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower, dressing gowns - definitely a 5-star experience. The Manager and staff are welcoming and made our stay very special. Thank you! Look forward to our future stays with you.

We stayed 2 nights, staff were welcoming and friendly. We stayed in room 2, which has a lovely feel, dual aspect windows, a lovely window seat, looking out onto the village and attractive Georgian houses. It's at the front if the property so some traffic noise, but not enough to be a problem. Large bathroom with walk in shower.

Lovely spot really nice room whole team very friendly nice little touches in the room. It's definitely got a buzz in the bar alot of locals come here for coffee drinks or to watch the rugby. Nice place to be and a lovely town to visit in the cotswolds.
