Awful experience, first off has to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Secondly the nail tech didn?t listen to the design I asked for and then got asked to pay full price for the nails I didn?t want.Wont be going again !!!

Love the work but they have completely ruined my nautral nails my nails are bleeding under neath,worker was looking at my notifications and is only cash payment so they locked me in the shop until mum came to pay for me very rude won?t be going back DONT recommend going

My sons partner went today was kept waiting over an hour., she complained about the wait and the staff was very rude. They done her nails then gets charged £35 even with 35% off. I wouldn't have paid them. They owe her a refund far as I'm concerned. You've deffo lost a cu customer she will not be coming back. And we will put every one off your salon. Your all very unprofessional

Acrylics lasted only 4 days than started to chip after refill. Went to fix and asked if the result will last longer. He glued the acrylic tip back, overlayed with polish and ensured me this will last more than 2 weeks. After 4 th day again same problem. I drive 45 min to go there and dont have time for coming for fixing every few days. Apart from this, they all barely speak English and communicate only to themselves in their own language. I never saw them cleaning the equipment after the client or sanitizing my hands etc., so it doesnt feel hygenic at all. Overall, thank you, but - no thank you. On a good note - there is short waiting and cheap prices, hence two stars.Service: Manicure

took my daughter here today for full set acrylics for her prom . Staff were constantly laughing & talking to each other in own language. Half way through, the lady doing daughters nails made a call on her mobile phone and my daughter was just left sitting in the chair whilst she walked off , eventually another guy finished off nails.Felt very awkward and unwelcome.Staff very rude !! I won?t be going back & certainly wouldn?t recommend this place ?? ?

Went recently to have full set gel nails not one is straight or painted properly and the men spoke in own language laughing I felt very nervous the man who done my nails actually hurt me while filing them ??fingers and nails were left very sore .

Me and mum went today, we didn't realise that the nail colour you choose you take the bottle next to it over, she was saying loudly no no at the top and getting all huffy with us, she eventually showed us what she meant! Then was just rude throughout , no communication at all, we both paid twenty pounds but not offered any change, we paid £16 each last time, we won't be going back, she needs some customer service courses!Service: Pedicure
