complete waste of time, customer service sends me to store, store shrug and say they shouldn't have... as others have said best off calling vodafone, staff either not interested or have no more info and powers to diagnose anything more than general public just calling customer service, either way it's not for good customer facing, so it's after 20+ years time to change my provider

Unhelpful, not knowledgeable Staff. Customer Service sent me to shop to collect new Simm, staff unable and unwilling to resolve problem. Only want to sell new products not help existing customers.

A pity they opened 7 mins late as EE opposite opened bang on time, but staff friendly and helpful. Much better than the Oxford store

Very good service. The staff really take time. Sometimes there's a wait but overall it's very good for upgrading your phone or getting help.

Usually long waiting times in store because there's never enough staff on the shop floor. Had ongoing issues with my plan, which I appreciate isn't the store's fault but nobody in the store seemed to care or offer any solution other than "ring customer services"

WITNEY BRANCH. At 10:20am People are stood outside of shop waiting. A passer by said ?they?re never open or always late?.Website says Open at 9am.Shop front signage says Open at 9am. No it?s not!Ringing main number gets you nowhere as they lie to you. Won?t take a complaint. They lie by saying they?ve spoken to a Manager (rubbish), ask you to ?go online? or make ridiculously lame excuses trying to avoid an ?internal investigation?. Shockingly bad Customer Service.

Got brilliant help from Jomir today in the Witney store, he was very professional and courteous and sorted my two problems out in a couple of minutes - thank you so much Jomir.(In contrast, I'm just back from International travel where I tried to get the two problems with Vodafone sorted, and spent literally hours on the phone to Vodafone's call centre. They were absolutely useless and never sorted my problem).

Visited nearer the close of day, store was less busy.Spent time with Elliott to find a new phone, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. Even with my limited idea on tech details, the product, usage, data and terms were well explained.A most positive outcome.As a minus - the stores internet connection was slow, intermittent and obviously embarrassing. Not the best for a phone and internet seller!

I had a really good experience with Vodafone in witney, they were very helpful and , Jomir arranged a new contract for me, not only that transferd all my details from my old phone to the new one. Without any trouble. Fantastic service. Highly recommend this store.
