Visited recently and was served by Naji. I knew the phone I wanted (out of two anyway) but nothing more. Naji was extremely friendly and polite and not at all pushy. Helped me weigh up the pros and cons and didn't push a big two year contract plan on to me. He secured me a long overdue upgrade though and I was able to purchase my new sim only phone at a later stage.
This is how service should be. Professional and to the customer's requirements, judging their level of ability/knowledge and working with them to get the product they want/need. Too often these interactions are sales-y. This was not like it at all and is why I would recommend this store in particular, especially if you see Naji. A credit to Vodafone.
(The only downside is they're having to lock the store due to thefts so you may have to wait outside to be let in and served but that's not their fault so I'm not marking them down for that)

I have been meaning to write a review for this store for a few months , especially regarding the young man who helped my elderly mother set up her new smartphone and changed the account from pay as you go to monthly billing. It took a while to do. He was so patient and he even looked at my account and has saved me ££s a month. Unfortunately I can't remember his name but another helpful young man was Elliot. I have been in on several occasions and he was very helpful and patient. Thank you for all your help, Rowena.

Went into the store this afternoon with an issue regarding an old Spotify plan that was still linked to my account. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly ? with the support of another team member, everything was sorted within 10 minutes. They were approachable and made the whole process really easy. Unfortunately, I didn?t catch their names, but if you?re reading this, you?ll know who you are ? thank you for the great service!

2 staff members on shop floor , queue of about 4 people , they don't acknowledge you or ask if you want help. Went to phone shop up the road and had great service !

complete waste of time, customer service sends me to store, store shrug and say they shouldn't have... as others have said best off calling vodafone, staff either not interested or have no more info and powers to diagnose anything more than general public just calling customer service, either way it's not for good customer facing, so it's after 20+ years time to change my provider

Unhelpful, not knowledgeable Staff. Customer Service sent me to shop to collect new Simm, staff unable and unwilling to resolve problem. Only want to sell new products not help existing customers.

A pity they opened 7 mins late as EE opposite opened bang on time, but staff friendly and helpful. Much better than the Oxford store

Very good service. The staff really take time. Sometimes there's a wait but overall it's very good for upgrading your phone or getting help.

Usually long waiting times in store because there's never enough staff on the shop floor. Had ongoing issues with my plan, which I appreciate isn't the store's fault but nobody in the store seemed to care or offer any solution other than "ring customer services"

WITNEY BRANCH. At 10:20am People are stood outside of shop waiting. A passer by said ?they?re never open or always late?.Website says Open at 9am.Shop front signage says Open at 9am. No it?s not!Ringing main number gets you nowhere as they lie to you. Won?t take a complaint. They lie by saying they?ve spoken to a Manager (rubbish), ask you to ?go online? or make ridiculously lame excuses trying to avoid an ?internal investigation?. Shockingly bad Customer Service.
