Needed some assistance sorting our bank account so our money was in the right places .Had a appointment turned up early but not problem Laura took us under her wing. Had the patience to help sort out phone app all thing relating to account and made sure we understood everything fantastic and exceptional experience. Hence 5 Star . Would hesitate to go back . Closed when it should be open on a Saturday. Travelled all the way from Oxford to cash a cheque. They need to ensure proper staffing.

TSB as a business have an obvious contempt for their customers. They have no interest in putting things right, even when they admit to making a mistake. There are better banks out there who value customer service more highly.
