We've visited in store, spoken on the phone and then eventually bought from store too. I've also ordered online and collected in store previously and every time the service level and knowledge had been amazing. Robin in particular has been so helpful, and even helped to carry things to the car, and was able to help with calculations for how much grout we needed. I don't think we'd buy tiles anywhere else now.

Just popped into Topps Tiles in Witney for a few tiles for a small project. I was acknowledged with a friendly smile and a cheery hello on the way in by Robin. He then answered my ridiculous questions politely and assisted me by rooting around in what I am guessing would be the stock room to find exactly what I was looking for.
