Very disappointed in toolstation and their delivery system I went in to the Witney store on Friday to buy some products I needed that day, after taking my order to the till the member of staff informed me it wasn?t in stock at Witney, who then said if I wanted it I?d have to go to Oxford to collect it, or I could order it for next day delivery which would now be on Monday, so after agreeing the staff member said I could have it delivered to my home address for Monday so I agreed.
So Monday arrives I wait in all day and no delivery so I rang up got through to head office and explained the situation who then turned round to me and said it hasn?t been dispatched yet, I am absolutely furious at this point, they then give me a tracking number to track my package and it doesn?t work, Today (Tuesday) it still hasn?t arrived so I phone them back to be told it?s out for delivery and will be delivered today.
It is now 4pm and still not arrived what the hell I have now wasted 2 days waiting in for this what a joke

Went in for two rolls of insulating tape, one black, and one green. Not a huge nor unusual order, I?ll admit.I was told that they had no black in stock, so I opted for two green instead. Only had one roll of green, so I completed the rest of the order at Screwfix.

I bought a lawnmower from the Witney branch yesterday. Excellent, friendly customer service. I was helped to put the mower in the car and the colleague who helped was also very happy to print an extra receipt, as I hadn't had time to check the emailed versions had arrived before leaving to collect it. Thoroughly recommend the branch. Good experience in other branches too.
