Sadly the man who works in this store could do with some basic lessons in customer service skills. Whilst he did the job, he was fairly rude. I won't return for this reason and will give my custom elsewhere in future.

Today I was charged twenty pounds for a Union key copy - a generic Timpson-branded key blank . I won't be going back . Perhaps Timpson is the type of business that's fine with stitching customers once and doesn't care about repeat business

Terrible experience last week, when I went to get some photos printed. The man working there was incredible rude, patronising and unpleasant to deal with when I was having trouble using the machine. I've never left a review in my life, but felt compelled to on this occasion!

They opened 30 min later than what it states. The girl was rude and told me 2 pound more than what was stated on the screen.

I had a terrible expert
I went inside the shop to fix my lighter and explained the issue to the lady behind the counter. However, she seemed to be angry and I calmly asked her to calm down. Suddenly, she came out of the counter and hit me. She was shouting and even asked me to touch her. I refused and she threw my lighter from her hand to the glass. I picked up my lighter and left the shop.

Called in to have a battery fitted £29.99 battery for life. The guy fitted it the gave me a card to say it?s a battery for life a said don?t lose the card which I replied I?ll take a photo and save it to my phone then he told me if I don?t have the card they won?t honour the guarantee. Told him the timpsons in Bristol told me to take a photo of the card and when I needed a new battery in the watch showed the timpsons man in Barnsley he said fine and put a new battery in for free as it was also a battery for life when I told the guy in witney timpsons he said he wouldn?t if I didn?t have the original card not a photo of the card so lose the card lose the guarantee what a scam

Fantastic service by Jas, extremely helpful and obliging all with a smile. Managed to deal with the difficult job of cloning my car key whilst doing a couple of shoe repairs in between. What an employee.
