Lovely shop and lovely customer experience. There are more products in the shop than on the website so definately worth visiting. The staff don't follow you around like they do in other chains, they welcome you and allow you to ask questions if you need but allow you take your time considering all the products available and don't hover. I highly recommend this shop.

I?ve always had great experiences here. The service is absolutely above and beyond any of the big chains and the quality is excellent. We come here for all of our furniture and the team always take the time to understand our needs. The shop is also just lovely to mooch around in.

My aunt purchased a bed from the furnishing centre it is a family run business and the customer service was excellent. The bed was delivered after a phone call from shop to say it was ready. The bed was taken up to the bedroom and all the packaging taken away.. what great service, we will certainly be using them again and recommending them to everyone.

I purchased a three piece suite from here. The service and interest in my requirements were excellent. The delivery was easy and the suite positioned exactly where I wanted it. I have ordered some extra material of the same design. They remembered exactly what that was. Very impressed.
