Very no-nonsense friendly man at the till today - I returned a faulty item and was refunded straight away. It?s nice to have this kind of reassurance when purchasing toys for your little ones :) I shall be returning!

I work the before rest of staff was nice but unfortunately manage Charlotte not very nice to disability people and if I say something like holiday or appointment she said that ok then 2 weeks later she thinks am making up things what I say never trust her

Good shop. Kids love going there but would do better with a larger selection in a larger plot as it's the main toy shop in witney.

Great shop my kids always enjoy coming into here for obvious reasons...It's amazing when they have a sale or some description on as some of the products can be a little pricey... I'm always a fan of shopping local rather than over the Internet as I love to see a thriving town... But sometimes its a little off puting when the prices are so much higher than online... Staff in here are great and truly love what they do always happy smiling and eager to help...Thanks guys keep up the good work
