Went in Today Friday for four bottles of schwepps tonic water and was shocked by the price they are asking £2.15 per bottle but on Tesco posts it says 1.85 I asked why the deference in price and was told it's because Tesco Express is a convenience store, Very not happy.

Very handy, local store.
All the staff are lovely and helpful, except one member of staff. So unhelpful, grumpy and cheerless. Lets the rest of the team down.

It's hard to find a parking spot these days yet when you are in the shop there are only a couple of people in there!
Who's parking there and at medical centre/air cadets? Are people just dumping cars there because they don't have space at home or on the street?
It seems like this needs an enforcement campaign.

Now being told on some days they don?t take Evri parcels. So be warned if you?re walking all the way up there. Not sure why they still advertise the fact they are taking them when they don?t. Either offer the service or don?t. You can?t pick and choose when people are driving all the way there or walking there.

Since the perspex anti-covid screens went up at the tills it is impossible to find space to pack.I have been here twice now in which the lady behind the counter was so lazy that I had to hand my purchases up to the counter from the floor to be scanned and then pick them up again from the counter to bag them.For the last two items she didn't even think it was necessary to put them back on the counter after scanning and I had to lean behind and under the screen, over my basket and my bag (which were on the floor) for my groceries.My advice to anyone is use the machine, because this employee only made things more difficult. I actually told her that there was no point in her being there which might sound cold, but absolutely true unless she was passing cigarettes or authorising sale of alcohol.The customer has been pushed to the bottom of the list. I try to use any of the other Tesco Expresses in the area now.
