As a regular customer of this restaurant, it is disappointing to leave a negative review. We ordered a takeaway, which we chose items from the menu which was attached to the outside of the restaurant. When I questioned what we had been charged was different to the menu prices she told us that it was the wrong menu. How were we in the wrong here? She asked us what we wanted to do, and I asked for the difference to be refunded. She refused. She then snatched the food we?d already paid for, and was really rude to me. I asked her if we could speak with the owner and she said, no. After telling her I have paid for the food she then ignored us for 10 mins and proceeded to serve other customers.
We have been customers at this establishment for 5 years, dining every week, spending £100 plus every week; and to be treated like this, I am absolutely appalled. No customer loyalty at all. I hope this review reaches the owners, and they can see that they have lost ours, our family and friends custom - forever.

Since we moved here in Witney and tried Suwanna it's always worth coming back. Very authentic delicious & tasty thai food. Friendly and courteous staff except the old lady. Great ambience. Good for a dinner or night cap with friends and family. Really a must try!

It was busy for a Monday night. After trying the Pad Thai, I'm not surprised at all. Delicious! Friendly and good service too. Definitely recommend eating here.

Extremely bad service!!!
The waitress wearing glasses (old lady) not gave us the table we wanted but asked us to sit in the table under a ceiling window opened! It is extremely cold in evening! I requested to change table and then another waiter gave us the original table that we wanted, that means it is actually not unavailable but just that old lady waitress treated us badly without conscience???
