Thank you so much to Belinda for helping my Mother in Law and I yesterday. We were after a fragrance for my husband and I couldn't remember the name. Belinda was so patient and offered lots of suggestions. We got there eventually, no thanks to my memory! Thank you so much Belinda, you're an asset to the company.

Been in here 4 or 5 times for stuff for my partner but won?t bother anymore.
Asked for help finding a headband for my partner, was spoken to really rudely by a member of staff. Asked politely where I may find one and was met with demands of an explanation of what a headband is??
Then spoke really condescendingly and used rude body language
She had dark, long hair, spotty pale skin and she was middle aged. Should have got the name badge tbh
Don?t bother going in here if you?re male because they try to make you feel stupid for asking for help

Won't be getting my nails done here again! Took over 2.5 hours and fell off a week later having damaged my nails!!

Disgusting experience, thankfully will not step foot in here again. 15/16 year old staff, not even discreetly following a family around the store; for no reason; think they have ambitions of working in Gucci?? No interaction with customers apart from following and staring and not a word uttered at the till. Train your staff or sack them; one star is generous.

Unsure why Superdrug Witney waste money on advertising walk in beauty treatments? When you ?walk in? either no staff, or you make an appointment and the beauty therapist doesn?t turn up and nobody phones you. Two wasted journeys in two days. What a shambles??don?t waste your time go to a professional outfit!

Yesterday I went there to buy some products, including facial cream and make up and I suffered one of the most humiliating situation in my life, when three staff appeared in the aisle and just watched me. Then, one of them asked me if I was ?okay there?. I am mixed race and felt very uncomfortable with this.. I did not feel like I belonged in a ?white environment . This was real humiliation for me. I am still in shock about this. I will never go back to this store or any other superdrug again and will report this to the head office. What happened is unacceptable in this day and age.

Visited this store today to purchase a tanning mitt which was on offer.When I got to the till I was charged the full price. When I questioned this I was told that a manager/ supervisor would have to come and authorise the transaction. When she finally arrived she made a comment to her colleague that it was only a small amount inferring that it was not really worth it although it was actually a third off the original price.Unfortunately I have also had this issue in other Superdrug branches which is not good as by law the price shown must be the same as the price charged at the checkoutVery disappointing

Superdrug in Witney has doubled in size since the last time I visited there! Lots more products and more staff! Fabulous store! Would recommend it to anyone and everyone xXx
