We ordered a lunchtime delivery. Our order turned up without a drink, cookie or packet of crisps from the meal deal. Not good enough.

Just went to Subway it was for my daughter and she don't eat everything in her subway very fuzzy and i was asking the guy who served to put only ham subway with Cucumber, red pepper, lattice and olives and pickles and he only put 4 pieces of pickles and I requested him to add few more and he refused it he was very rude and when i asked his name so i can add his name to this review he refused to give his name. Bad customer service!!!!!

I have ordered two veg delight footlong. It is as thin as flat bread they did not even keep minimum about what it should.

3 meats ball, 2 triangles of cheese and a line of sauce. Never ordered before staff polite but really not overly helpful with no enthusiasm. My chicken tikka was a bit more filling with a lettuce leaf ,3 slices of cucumber and a sprinkle of peppers, disgraceful for over £5.50 each.
I've tried it, i shall not bother again

Ordered a chicken salad and just received a box of lettuce and cucumbers. Happens every time I order a chicken salad and they forget the main ingredient, CHICKEN!

He refused for the sauces, as the subway toppings we can put what ever we want.
He himself said manager, and refused for the area manager reference.
It was annoying we asked for refund, he didn't do refund.
Annoying?

Employee here is super rude. There are so many places to get a quick sandwich in Witney and I?ll happily go somewhere else.He also barely put any filling in the sandwich.Also they?re points scanner never works here so no points and no reward redemption, probably a ploy by the owner to not have to lose profit margin.

So there was a man who I presume was either a stand-in manager or just the manager. I wanted to change a meat in the tex mex from plain chicken to chicken tikka, which may I add is the same price. He proceeded to meticulously lay out my order and charge me for each individual filling. All while speaking to about me to his colleague in the 3rd person. Saying, "see this is why we don't do this as the customer will argue back" as I made a point about it being the same price. When I got to the salad bar, I wanted to add red onions to it which I was charged an additional £1 for... Furthermore, I have been into the store for multiple consecutive days and had not received this service by any other staff member. Ultimately, an appalling service by the employee. DISAPPOINTED.
