Nice shop & other employees, just a shame about the very large white dude with the glasses. Has a really bad attitude for a fully grown, balding man, acts like a miserable teenager. When me & my partner first came in for parcels, he was going on ranting to a couple infront of us in the queue about ?if they don?t like it, tough? etc - not a great first impression but yeah. Customer?s really do not care for your opinion, they just want you to do the job you?re paid to do. Then it was our turn, we wanted to send some parcels. He first said ?We can?t type in the codes - only scan them - we?re not allowed to type it? What?? There?s literally no difference between typing a code & scanning it - it?s the exact same code for the exact same label. No one else has ever said that to us, they?ve just done what they?re supposed to do. Then he claimed neither Yodel or Royal Mail machines were working, what a coincidence considering it?s 2 different devices & both happen to not be working at the same time, even though you just tried scanning the label for one. Safe to say we will avoid Spar when that thing is serving with such a stank attitude. Edit - Upon reading other reviews - it seems he?s just been a nightmare to customers for years. Shame management don?t action on it.

Collect plus (fedex) not working on their system and hasn't been for a month or so according to the employee working there. No ideas why. Don't waste your time trying to send something from here.

Update your opening times please.
Walked 20 minutes to the store, for it to be closed? again.
Edit* months later, and a revised set of times (apparently for summer hours), and the store still closing at whatever time they fancy.

If I could, I wouldn't even give 1 star! The lady with short, pink hair is absolutely rude to anyone who is not fast enough with payment or anyone who is trying to use the Evri machine, also once the costumer who annoyed her leaves the shop, she complains about the previous client to the next one and rolls her eyes too. Absolutely disgusting behaviour! She should not be a shop assistant if she doesn't even know how to behave!!! I think she is old enough to have basic manners but apparently not!!!

Poor customer service. Been at the till when funky woman pick up the phone and just start chatting. Telling me to wait and going on the back. Ridiculous as I was only customer in the shop.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good experience with parcel drop and other shopping. Same enthusiasm at 7 am as well as at 7 pm after a long day at work. Keep up your hardwork. May God bless ?

Really rude staff. For some reason two staff members don`t like people bringing in parcels to drop off. The balding middle age chap with glasses and the lady with pink hair. The rest of the staff are fine. These two are miserable as sin.

Went in to return a parcel, one member off staff was rude considering i didn't know how to use the label printing machine. And the other member helped me as the label didn't print correctly.
