I took my Canada Goose coat in for a dry clean, 1 week late it was ready for collection. I couldn?t believe how well it had come up. Highly recommend - and will definitely be back when it needs dry cleaning again!

I must of attempted to collect my coat of 3 separate occasions. First occasion I was told it was going to need a reclean and that one of the plastic pull string cords had melted and completely broken. The label does explain this and you would have thought being that a Canada goose coat that isn?t cheap they would have taken more care. They didn?t call to explain this either just wasted my time and journey to tell me this on the scheduled collection date. The last time I personally went to collect the coat I called at 1:40pm on a Saturday explained I was on my way in to collect it? when I arrived at 2:15ish the shop was closed. At no point during phone call did the lady say they would be closing early that day (as google says that are open to 3pm on a Saturday). So another wasted journey that I dragged my 2 year old out for as they had my cost for 3 weeks at this point. The lining of the pockets was still unwashed (dog hair inside) and where they melted the draw things the black plastic has stained the hood. So the coat is worse than when it went in. Bad service bad communication.

Great job of our curtains.Jazz and Shelly are both lovely friendly ladies who provide a highly professional speedy service. I have used them for a while now for general dry cleaning but we had our Cream kitchen muslin curtain cleaned the other day. I couldn?t believe it when it came back as it looked brand new. I had resisted having it cleaned because of re-hanging it on the track but I needn?t have worried as the tape was all still in the same place so we just popped it straight up.Even better they cleaned it the same day!We?ll be getting our longe curtains done next and the kitchen one every year.

I was disappointed gave them two weeks to dry clean work trousers. On collection day items were at their other shop miles away and I had to make alternative plans, no call, half hearted apology and no call explaining, won't use again.

My garments are always treated with care and expertise at Seahorses, be it alterations or cleaning. I can?t recommend their service enough. They?ve also cleaned our duvets and curtains, both to a very high standard. The staff are very friendly, serve with a smile and have a chat.

I have been using Seahorse Dry Cleaners for 4 months and I have always found them to be professional in their approach. They offer a wide range of services, which included fixing my suit trousers zip and pocket, at very reasonable prices, and the quality is always good including the finishing on and stain removal on clothing. They are also very friendly and amiable whenever I go in the shop, and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them to others.
