We had a 2 night stay in the Witney as a group of 3 adults and 3 children. From the beginning at check in the staff were extremely friendly. Sarah was extremely accomodating with the children from check in. We had dinner in the hotel restaraunt on the second night. Food was fresh and brilliant value. Sharen and Anne were great with the children the whole service during dinner ensuring we all had a great meal. Would definitely reccomond a meal in the restaurant if you are staying. Will definitely return

Always have a great sleep at Premier Inn, the mattresses are so comfy. Plenty of space, but not much of a view. This was out wayed by the competetive price we paid compared to other hotels near by. Hotel staff friendly & hotel nice & clean.

The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was well stocked and really good quality. I stayed for 2 nights and the room was spotless, the hotel was quiet and when I asked for more pillows the staff couldn?t have been more helpful.

The hotel is showing it's age. Bathroom decor requires an overhaul. All the shower connections leaked, there was evidence of mould and a poor sealant job. Despite requesting a room clean, as per their policy for long stays, our room was not cleaned on either occaision.

Enjoyed our overnight stay here. The room was lovely. The only negative aspects were we found the bed a little too high. And the shower tray was very slippery underfoot. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the cooked breakfast was delicious.

Our group from our cycling club, about 40, stayed this last weekend. A great base for us, and the team at the Premier Inn were very accommodating and helpful beforehand and during our stay. Very big thank you to Sarah Patterson for ensuring all ran smoothly and was as comfortable as possible, and also Maggie in the Premier Inn team

We paid for an early check in but was told we couldn?t do early checkin. We had to wait in the reception. We were late for a wedding. No phone service and the wifi is terrible we couldn?t even tell the person picking us up that we will be late due to the hotel unable to give us a room on time.

Nice clean place but originally told that they couldn?t do early checkin even though we had booked it and it took an age for them to sort it? not normally a problem but we were late for a wedding.
Breakfast was its normal apart from they didn?t cook some because of it from what we could tell, they couldn?t be bothered?

We have never stayed at a Premier Inn before. We had a pleasant room. The staff were absolutely excellent, the Manageress could not have done enough. The breakfast was lovely.
All in all we can recommend it.

Rooms looked in need of an update, very clean, but tired looking. Dining room also a bit shabby. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Not great, thought travel lodge was poor but this place is certainly on the same scale!
