Nightmare!
Been back 4 times now and will have to go back again.
Ordered crocks for my daughter size 3 they sent a size 9
Ordered again through the till staff this time and they did it again so got a refund and bought them somewhere else.
Then they sent me the wrong item that I ordered I store and also missed something off the order entirely so had to go back and change it and get a refund for what was missing.
Today I bought a pair of trousers in there and when I got home the security tag is still on them so I need to go back again!
Fuming at this point to be honest.

Another example of terrible customer service in this store. Went in to buy a watch, didn?t want to appear to be doing anything wrong so I asked a sales rep if I could try it on. Her response was no. Flat no. I wondered out loud how I would know what it fit/felt like and her suggestion was buy it and then bring it back for a credit voucher if I don?t like it.
This is not the first time I?ve had a bad experience here. I won?t be going back.

Not the best experience in store, went to collect an order, wasn?t acknowledged by the person on the till (who appeared to be the only one around). After about 10 minutes I asked her if there was anyone doing the order collections (as at this point there were now 3 of us waiting), she snapped that she was on her own, disappeared out the back, came back onto the shopfloor with no further explanation. A few minutes later another colleague appeared with a couple of orders??no apology whatsoever for the long delay.Certainly not impressed with their customer service as it was practically nonexistent!!

Good luck if you are collecting a parcel. Went to collect a parcel which was ordered in store as well as another order. Did not give me all the parcels! Not the first time this has happened. Useless trying to get hold of the store too, no-one answers the phone.
Will be making a complaint to the manager
