Cold, staff. 0 compassion, couldn't give a damn to listen to me, offer any resolutions and manager was actively scowling at me. This was all because I tried to return a still tagged sale item, with receipt. I bought it and other items the day before in a panic for a funeral. I was very distressed, I was never informed of their policy for sale items and despite explaining my circumstances I was treated with no care or compassion. Avoid at all costs. Its not worth it with customer service like that. And the last thing I needed while in mourning.

I purchased an item that was in their sale section, but noticed the arm was ripped. This wasn't a problem as I thought I could fix it myself. I was served by Tianna and wasn't told I couldn't return a sale item. When I tried the item on, I noticed the zip was also broken. On the tag, it only mentioned the arm being broken, not the zip too. I brought the item back as this fault wasn?t stated on the tag but was told I could only exchange it and I should've checked the email. On the email, it was in small writing at the very bottom, which I wouldn't have thought to look at. It?s fine to buy something with the faults identified, but being refused refund for a fault that wasn?t on the tag isn?t very fair. How am I supposed to know the policy if the worker didn?t tell me, and the small end of the email was sent to me AFTER purchasing?

They are not giving out paper receipts now only email. Disagree with this as I don't want my email sold on. Will not be shopping here again.

I would leave a zero review if possible, reasons being the inadequate behaviour of staff members for example, belittling customers on the store floor in addition at the till points. Moreover the reluctance to do their jobs, examples being, talking to one another about the most inappropriate topics whilst ignoring customers at the till in addition across the store floor. The blatantly obvious unprofessional conduct is absolutely abysmal, from sales assistant to management levels, I do not recommend anyone to purchase from this company.

Popped in here today with Fluffy, had a look about, laughed with another guy at the changing area when I was asked "is this too green?"... his partner asked him what he thought on a dress and he erroneously replied "too bright".. oh dear I thought. I asked him "have you ever thought in you whole life - that's just far too green?".
