So went into this branch today with my wife to do a simple mortgage transfer but unfortunately the staff were absolutely disgraceful and useless so after an hour of messing about we come home and she completed her transfer over the phone in 10 minutes know wonder so many branches are closing

I got a new phone and was having trouble getting the app set up, went into the bank and a Very nice Lady helped me. Fantastic service I've never had a problem in the 20yrs I've been with them. I'd throughly recommend them. Thanks Ladies at the Natwest Witney ?

I've never been spoken to so rudely and passed from pillar to post as much anywhere than this bank! I'm glad I used the current account switch to move to the Halifax--I suggest you do too.

Went into the branch to close an empty ISA (that I've had for years, but like my charged-for current account and PPI, I didn't need) as well as pay a final balance to my Natwest credit card. The cashier rudely asked what my balance was as they can't tell at the branch (what?) and I only knew within the nearest 10p. I ended up having to guess and paid that. Then asking about closing the ISA I'm directed to the service desk, that I waited by for several minutes until another rude lady on her way out to lunch said I had to use the cashier. Back in the now very long queue, whilst seeing another customer trying to pay money into the automated machine and it developing an error, who ended up joining the long queue, I finally get served by a much more polite and helpful cashier, but I'm already wound up so much that I never wish to deal with Natwest again. Alas, I'm no further ahead with asking about my credit card, since the online services has been shut down and Natwest online banking is hopeless.

I have always been impressed by the sensitivity, attention and professionalism of the staff at this branch and always notice the excellent service at this bank. My elderly mother lives in Witney and I often need to pop into a local NatWest and have been thoroughly impressed.
