No mention of being closed for lunch THEN THEY SAY its busy from 2 onward on wednesdays maybe its because they close for lunch later opening at least 1 day in the week not to forget training then lets wait for a queue to form before they open another till is this service I think not

Normally a mediocre branch but having travelled 15 miles with family to open an account for my son we got told you now need to book, old dear behind the counter totally unsympathetic, not even a sorry or will see if we have space just a â??no you need to book, we donâ??t have the staffâ??, suffice to say Nationwide clearly donâ??t want any new customs. Santander up the road pleased to help. Sorry Nationwide, staff training needed.
