The ladies toilet in the Witney branch is disgusting.. covered in filth & mould! The stench is overpowering, the taps are sticky & black sludge around them. I?ve never seen such a health hazard in a public convenience. Dread to think what the kitchen hygiene must be like!

I informed a member of staff who nonchalantly told me they need a refurb. No they need disinfectant and a scrubbing brush! Zero excuse for this.

The service was good. The chocolate cake looked very good but was very sweet. A slightly darker version would have been a lot better. It also wasn't overly clean, the floor had a lot of crumbs on it.

The atmosphere is quiet and relax,lots of space and good for family and friends gathering. However,the brownie was way too sweet for me.I hope your cafe would have some keto brownie options in the future ,that would be a bonus for my future visit to the UK.
